Skin Peels for Facial Rejuvenation
There are different types of skin peels used from superficial to medium depth depending on the purpose of the peel such as anti-aging, pigmentation marks acne scars and more. The skin texture is refined and the complexion looks clearer and brighter resulting in healthier younger looking skin.
Instant Radiance, for a Healthy Glow
Phytic peel is designed to put the glow back in your face. Often referred to as the ‘red carpet facial’. This is a pampering, superficial peel treatment, designed to offer effective exfoliation without the obvious signs of peeling. Can also be used as a one off or as an effective acne and anti-aging treatment with a course of six peels along with appropriate skin products. Phytic peel is a skin treatment that consists of a peel solution containing phytic acid
as an active component. In nature, phytic acid is often found in cereal grains, beans, some vegetables, and oilseeds. The phytic peel can be performed all year round. Skin experts recommend using it even during periods of high sun activity.
Sun damaged, aged skin.
The TCA peel
is a highly effective medium to deep depth particularly indicated for sun damaged, pigmentation and aged skin. Overall the texture is smoother and skin looks clearer and brighter and fine lines are less visible. The treatment consists of 4 sessions (one per week). TCA is a non-toxic chemical (trichloracetic acid), which has been used to perform skin peels for over 20 years. When TCA is applied to the skin, it causes the top layers of cells to dry up and peel off over a period of several days to one week. When the old skin is peeled off, it exposes a new layer of unharmed skin, with smoother texture and even color. Appropriate aftercare advice will be provided, along with topical skin creams to use for the duration of your peel.
